Like it just rolled off the assembly line.

Decades of corrosion and grime — gone.
Aluminum collects oxidation, fuel varnish, baked-on staining and years of road grime that ordinary cleaning can't reach. Dry sandblasting is too aggressive — it pits the surface and moves your tolerances.
Vapor blasting suspends fine media in water, so it lifts the contamination while preserving the original casting texture. The finish reads factory-correct — no base metal removed, no critical clearances opened up.
- Motor builds & restorations
- Prep before coating
- Safe for aluminum, steel & brass
- No damage to bearing surfaces

Carburetors
Ultrasonic cleaning plus vapor honing — full teardown, factory-fresh result.
Engine internals
Once a motor is disassembled we can remove the carbon build-up and make the outside look just as great — that new-bike shine.
Heavy grit & coating removal
Paint, powder coat and the worst corrosion come off on the dedicated heavy-grit machine.
Steel, brass, plastic & rubber
The satin finish shows best on aluminum and brass — but almost any surface comes out looking very clean.
Four steps. No shortcuts.
Teardown check
Parts arrive disassembled — bearings, seals and moving parts out.
Hot wash
The heated parts washer strips the worst grease before blasting.
Vapor blast
Glass bead, air and water lift corrosion while the casting stays.
Inspect & return
Final check, then packed for pickup or the trip home.
